Hi all
DD is 8 previously for years she was dry at night no problems for the last 3 years we had on off sporadic accidents & the last year it's more and more often.
For the last month it's nearly nightly!
She's not in pull ups just normal underwear and bedsheets with a dry nights sheet underneath. She doesn't wake up when it happens just finds it in the morning.
Tired limiting drinks & more toilet breaks but just can snap the cycle. There's been no trauma or upset so not sure what to do ?! Pls help xx
