yes, mine did. Absolutely normal. It's their first steps to holding it upright completely.

he is really like jack wsparrow and kinda worries me as no other kids seem to wobble like him

Mine did until he was about 4.5 months - he was a very pukey baby and hated being on his tummy, so I think it all kind of connected up. Talk to your GP if concerned, and try and stick him on his tummy for brief periods if you aren't already.
