Lining everything in a certain order and getting rather upset when you move them.

Putting certain things in certain places and putting them back two minutes after you have put something back in the righful place - ie cranberry sauce jar on the stairs?!

She is 2. Do all children go through this stage?

Yes.

It's all part of ordering their universe.

Its odd - I have some Simpsons magnets, one of Homer, Bart, Lisa and Marge. She will always remove the Bart one which I put down to telling me she doesn't want a brother!!

Oh yes! Most children go through a stage like this, which looks to the untrained eye like a rather severe sort of OCD.
