Hi mums!
My nearly 3 year old has recently discovered her vagina. She’s been potty trained nearly a year. She had a slight rash there the other night so I put the usual bepanthen on her; since then she keeps telling me there’s something there and touching her clitoris 🤦🏻‍♀️😂 I’ve told her that’s just part of her privates and that it’s supposed to be there; any further advice please, like is this a phase? I thought it was only boys who obsessed about their bits 😂

Thank you ☺️And thank you for replying! She tends to mention it at bedtime (before she has a pull up on) she did tonight so I just reiterate it’s part of her body and should be there. Hopefully she won’t go to nursery and tell them about it like she did when she discovered I have periods 🤦🏻‍♀️

Well they’ve admitted she’s told them mommy has a belly like jelly 🙈 so I’ve asked them not to tell me now 😂
