Hi fellow parents. My baby is almost 6 months old but since about 3 months old, when on tummy/all fours will rock back and forth. A few times for the day. Example if on top of us on her tummy and upright will rock back and forth(up and down). As she is getting ready to crawl soon, she rocks more vigorously. Is this normal? She has met all her milestones on time so far and while not crawling on the knees yet...moves around (dragging and swivelling) quite far.

I also noticed that since she turned 5 months she has shown more interest in her hands and will look at one hand and observe closely as she moves the fingers. She does it several times for the day. Did your babies do this?

Sounds absolutely normal to me. Nearly all of them rock before they crawl and all babies are fascinated by their hands fir a while Smile
