13 month old resisting everything

My 13 month old is resisting everything, nappy changing is a battle, screaming if I put them in car seat or stroller.

Is this normal behaviour?

Am hoping it's just a phase

It's a phase it's hard while your in it BUT when your out you can laugh!!

Feel for you but just take time to breathe!!! Also not being super nanny or anything but just be consistent but don't be hard on yourself if you need to give in!! I found this stage harder than 2s which I thought might mean the "terrible 2s" just come early for some
