Has anyone tried the two to talk program??

We have tried the big book of ideas but we didn't get a result.

Not sure what it is?

It's a speech delay program

I've had one with speech delay and not heard of it. Is it anything different than you can get for free in the ICan website? Is your DC under SLT?

Hi @eloiseclay,

Myself and my husband are currently doing the course now. In all all honesty it hasn’t been hugely helpful in progressing our child’s speech, however many of the other parents on the course have had really good results. I think as our ds was only 15/16 months when we started he was probably a bit young to get the full benefit of the content. It’s also been over zoom so it lacks the ‘personal touch’.

However the course does have some 1 on 1 time with the therapist that’s been useful and we have also had further referral of the back of it that might not have happened so quickly without it so that has been positive.

Hope that helps but any questions just ask :)

It might be worth reposting this in the Special Needs section – I think some of the posters on there have used it or some things by the same people.
