Screaming, punching and kicking... help

DS is 2 and a half and is so so trying. He wont just sit down with a toy, either i have to be doing it with him or he just trashes it. He kicks, hits and screams constantly. He falls over or otherwise injured himself several times a day.

I have a 4 month old baby but he was high maintenance before.

I dont know what to do. It's getting to the point where I dont enjoy being around him.

Sounds similar to what we're going through. He's 2.5, very angry, hates the word no, still comes for cuddles, but night is pretty horrendous. Was up for 4 hours with him last night, always seems cross, doesn't wanna be hugged. Feel helpless as a dad, that I can't help him. So you're not alone.

My 2.4 year old girl gets very strong willed and hates being told no. She even says no to everyone else now. She will throw things and deliberately push us away out of a room and sometimes smack us. Tantrums are a few a day, just seems constant hard work. Plus it seems she loves daddy more than me and her nanny seems to have a magic power over her. Sometimes her tantrums are so dramatic she will fall on the floor, kick legs and scream top of her lungs then won't let anyone pick her up. I wish I could give advice but I'm in the same boat . I know what your going through though xxx
