Waking up at night again

My 5 months old son started to waking up again through the night. He wasn't great sleeper through the day but at least he slept through night from 8pm till 7am, with one feeding at midnight.
But for last week he started to wake up at 5, then 4 and now and 3:30. He is not crying he is just babbling and cooing with his teddy bear and he seems to be ready to play.
He has the same bedtime routine for months, so I have to repeat that in order to put him in sleep at night (new nappy, feeding, cuddle, sleep).

However it is at least 1 hour long procedure, but he won't fall asleep again without it. And I am already exhausted.

Any ideas why he is waking up like this when he already slept well? He has got symptoms of teething since end of third months, but I can't see any signs of teeth going through.

What's his daytime nap schedule?

Could it be the cold temperatures?
