Noisy neighbors

My neighbours have started playing loud music at nignt. They play the music from around 5pm to 11am the next day! I can't sleep at nignt and don't know what to do. I have two children under 4 and don't get a lot of sleep as it is with my youngest still waking in the nignt. I'm not a confrontational person and don't fancy knocking on their door to ask them to turn it down. Suggestions?

@BunnyRuddington no they seem to sleep through it despite it being loud luckily enough

Do you have a partner living with you? I wear earplugs when my neighbours are noisy at night, DD and DH almost always sleep through it, and I know DH would hear the monitor if I didn't. But I guess I wouldn't recommend ear plugs if you're the only adult home.

Report to police, they will visit and tell them to turn it down
