Hi, I have a teething 6 month old, it has been really bad the last few days with her really unsettled and making a frog sound (sort of smacking her lips). I went to give her a teething powder and noticed a small red sore on the inside of her mouth, when she opened her bottom lip. Is this likely to be a teething related cut does anyone know? Should I speak to a doctor? Thank you 🙁
