Tried to French kiss me!

My 3 year old has just launched at me for a kiss with her tongue hanging out, and actually tried to open my mouth to miss her open mouthed. She is a very affectionate girl with me and does come for kisses a fair bit, but with mouth closed usually.

Do I need to be worried? I know some behaviour can be indicative of what they've witnessed but DH and I do not snog in front of her. She's not social but apparently a little boy at nursery has decided that she is one of his girlfriends. I doubt the staff will have been letting them kiss though. She's got delayed speech and is hardly social, she doesn't talk to the children there.
I just need to know if I should report his to nursery or the health visitor or anything please.

Oh and I forgot to say that when I texted my DH, he said that she did the same to him the other day too. Very new behaviour.

Wouldn't even cross my mind to think anything of it tbh

It's just tactile sensations at that age. I think all kids have a phase of doing stuff with the tongue which through adult eyes is 'odd' but to them is just 'this is a funny thing' (I remember doing it, and both my like have done it). Just tell her kisses are just for lips and she'll stop bothering as the novelty fades.

I suppose it just played on my mind because they do ask about unusual behaviour during the 3 year old check, it threw me a bit!
Thanks to both of you.
