So my 10 month old has never been a very settled sleeper. However past few weeks she has started rolling onto tummy and sleeping like that. Now she has started putting knees up as if to crawl and sleeping head down and also sitting up in sleep then face planting the cot bars. Having nightmare as wakes her up when hits her head and thats her up for hours 😔 hate thinking shes having wee pains thats making her move about so much
