Baby Sleep nests/pods

Absolutely desperate, have tried everything with my 5 month old. She sleeps for 45 mins at a time. Has a routine, have tried white noise, dummies, all of it.

Does anyone have experience of these Sleepyhead/Purflo pod type things and do they work? I don’t want to spend £100+ unless it’s going to help at least a bit.

The Lullaby Trust advices against the use of sleep nests and pods due to an increased risk of sudden infant death syndrome (or cot death as it's known).

"The Lullaby Trust has warned that some popular sleeping products for babies do not conform to safer sleep guidelines. Items such as cushioned sleeping pods, nests, baby hammocks, cot bumpers, pillows, duvets and anything that wedges or straps a baby in place can pose a risk to babies under 12 months."

@Peppery123 IMO before 4ish months it’s very hit and miss, and usually settles around then. That was how my eldest was anyway! This time round nothing is working for us. It’s so hard, I feel like I can’t focus or get anything done x

Really feel your pain. Yes youre right there qas a handful of tines she slept from 8 til 6am but only a handful in 3 months! Im so desperate
Can i ask how old your eldest is? I think its worse this time as I also have a toddler so getting any sleep is just near impossible

Also, when you say she is sleeping 45 minutes at a time is that at night? Does she have any long night stretches for example put her down at 7pm then wakes at 12am?
