Hi all,
I have a 6 year old little lady who is a very dedicated and successful baton twirler and she has always been a bit of a perfectionist but lately hubby and I have noticed she has become much harder on herself and more emotional when she can't achieve a skill or master it and I'm worried she's taking it too far, I was a successful baton twirling for a long time, right up until I had her at 19 so I've become more involved since the whole COVID situation began and I'd really appreciate some help on how to not tell her off for being resilient and hard working but help her do it in a more healthy and age appropriate way because she is beginning to really worry me.
Thank you in advance, Chloe Smile
