2.5 year old behaviour has changed overnight

Hello, looking for some advice really. My 2.5 year old daughter has always been very shy, quiet and well behaved up until very recently. She’s always loved sleep, transitioned into a big bed with no issues. Loved a nap, ate beautifully, kind and helpful etc. She started nursery in sept and had a bit of a wobble but then loved it. Then, about 2 weeks ago, it seems as though she’s had a complete personality transplant and is now fighting everything we ask her to do, won’t nap, won’t sleep, lashes out, cried when she has to go to nursery, cries to go home if we are out somewhere, refuses to eat dinner most night. I honestly don’t know what to do. I’m 32 weeks pregnant and had to go to the hospital the other day as she lashed out and kicked my stomach. Should I be worried that something major has caused this or can anyone relate to this? I know they go through the terrible twos and I expected some tantrums but this is all day, everyday. I feel as though I’m walking on eggshells. Please help 😭

That sounds really tough. If she's fighting sleep and naps, is she sleeping once she goes off or could she be overtired?

Hi thanks for your reply, she’s been having naps again but not without a fight. She has been in better mood from having these naps so I think she still needs them as she’s terrible without but then won’t go to bed until 9pm! I literally can’t win

Just wondering if anything else has changed for her apart from your PG?

Has she moved rooms at nursery or has there been a change in staff?
