20 week scan - unilateral talipes

I've just had my follow up 20 week and they found unilateral talipes on the baby's left foot. I was sent to fetal medicine and they completed another scan and looked more indepth at the baby's brain and heart and they can't see anything further of concern on the scans bar the talipes but want to do another scan at 28 weeks to confirm.

Has anyone else been in a similar situation, any words of advice? We have been given information on treatment and understand we will speak to a physio in the next couple of days. At the minute whilst the treatment sounds intense I'm more concerned about other underlying genetic issues as I see it can be linked. We did get the early screaning which came back very low risk from the 12 week scan.
