Hey all, get some great advice on here so just looking for some reassurance I guess.
So 13 month little one has in last few weeks (once every five days or so) takes morning nap but refuses pm one. I know she's at the age of nap transition but do you guys try for a pm nap regardless of time and put to bed later . Hmm or give early bed ( say 6pm) I have tried both and I get the same disturbed nights after...
From you're experiences did the whole transition take a long time? Month plus ?
Thank you!

I forgot to add that until the day I don't know she's going to do a nap refusal ( if that makes sense) so of course if I did I'd push the nap back...

Mine started doing similar at the same age. She would not be able to hold out til lunch but if she napped am she'd refuse to nap pm and then be groggy all afternoon. What worked for us for a few weeks was we let her nap about 1/2 hour only am and then she'd be tired enough pm for another sleep. Then eventually by about 15MO we'd have an early lunch about 11-11:30 and she would then have a single sleep for a good couple of hours. Good luck. You can only do what you can do x

I just kept them awake in the morning and did the afternoon nap at about 12 and then gradually moved it to 1 pm.
