Ds is 9 weeks. He was 7lb 10oz at birth (but went down to 7lb 1oz at 1 week) and is now 13lb. He's wearing 3-6 months babygrows and vests and 0-3 and 3-6 everything else. However, dd was the same as your ds. She was 6lb 9oz at birth and was 9lb 8oz at 9 weeks. 0-3 didn't fit her til she was 3 months old. She's now 2.6 and is still in 12-18 and 18-24.

My DS1 weighed 6lb 10oz at birth and had doubled his birth weight by 9 weeks so would have been about 13.5lb. He started off on the 9th centile but worked his way up to the 91st centile and has stayed there for both weight and height. He has always been the in the clothes size that matched his age until recently when he seems to be missing out an age group but he is 7!

DS2 weighed 9lb when born and has also been on the 91st and above centile for weight and height so I wonder if DS1 was in some way failing to thrive when I was pregnant. He certainly caught up when he was born!

My DS2 was born at 9lb and is also on 91st centile
