Milestone concerns

Hi,
First post but very concerned.
I have a granddaughter who will be 2 in December.
She is active and walking but I have the following concerns:
Vocally she only says the word no other than that she baby babbles
Behaviourally she seems to have absolutely no concentration levels. She NEVER sits and plays with toys preferring to throw everything out of toy box and walking away.
She doesn’t recall when asked nor does she understand simple commands EG give me the ball.
I have real concerns about her progress.

Have her parents discussed these concerns with the health visitor?

The lack of understanding would be my main concern to be honest.

I think health visitor has been lacking due to covid. I am concerned that she also doesn’t seem to repeat anything again an example of this is the repetitive touch your nose or any little thing like that. I would of though she could repeat little gestures by now. 😞
