Uneven leg creases

My 6 month old dd has an extra 'roll'/creases on her left leg. We are waiting for an appointment with the gp about it but I'm just worried sick! Has anyone ever had this and it turns out to be normal?
Her 6 week check her hips were fine and no concerns. She is sitting independently and is very active rolling all over and she constantly has her feet in her mouth when she's getting changed. I have tired to check the length of her legs and to me they look the same size. The only other thing I've noticed is when shes standing with my support she stands with her left foot almost flat and the left more on her toes but I could just be looking for problems!
I do think we will be told that she has hip dysplasia but clutching at straws that this could be normal.
Has anyone had anything like this and it be okay or experienced similar.

OP please don't worry too much (I know this is easier said than done!) I noticed the same thing on my DD at 4 months. Her crease was right at the top of her leg which according to Dr. Google was not good news.
But it turned out to be nothing all, waiting for the appointment i constantly checked her leg length and moved both legs around to see if any were stiff and convinced myself one was stiff and shorter than the other etc. But it was all in my head and she was fine.
Even after the reassurance scan I worried they could be wrong and when she crawled I convinced myself she was dragging a leg and when she walked I thought I could see a limp.
She's 19 months old and is absolutely fine, it's so easy to see problems when there aren't any 🙂
It's unusual for it to be missed when they've passed the hip tests so I'm sure it will be fine. Sending you good luck!

I could have written this myself haha! I think shes fed up of me constantly checking her and I've taken about a million videos of her to show them! Definitely convinced myself that there's a problem! Thank you for your reply thats made me feel a lot better. Its been the longest wait for the appointment ever
