Baby's 1st molars

Wondering if baby's first molars can ( all four ) come in at once? What's your experiences please? Little one just turned one and she has been so miserable and slightly fevered for last few days.
She's hardly eaten a thing ( solids ) in last 48 hours, we can clearly see the bottom two molars. I hoped that would be it for a month or two but she's still so sad and poorly I'm thinking the top two are on their way as wellHmm
Thank you Smile

Yeh my LO's teeth all came in clusters and it was evil haha. Calpol, avoid ibuprofen if pos, whatever your weapon of choice is ITO soothing (I liked bikipegs) and just go with the flow and it'll pass xx

Haha thanks, I was hoping someone would say don't worry you have at least six months in-betweenGrin
Yep it's pretty grim poor little thing, can I ask why you say avoid ibuprofen if poss?
Only I find that better than Calpol for teething..
Thanks for your reply, hoping we have some respite after these pop through...Hmm

It is hard. Tbh in my LO's 2nd year she seemed to be teething pretty much permanently but then it does stop I promise. Ibuprofen is an antiinflammatory but their teeth need the inflammation to finish the teething process so giving them antiinflammatory isn't a complete no but it might well prolong the process xx

My DD always did them in pairs but we are now on second molars and she’s got all 4 coming through at once. I suppose the only positive is that she’s getting it over and done with rather than dragging it t!
