Straining and crying

My 4 week old keeps straining and screaming. She is now overtired as every time she tries to sleep it wakes her up. Any tips or anyone know what could be causing it.

It's literally making me emotional now as I don't know what to do to soothe her.

First thought was wind - have you tried winding her or giving something like gripe water? Also try doing bicycle legs

Could be a bit of wind I agree. Ours is 6 weeks and goes red in the face asif she's trying to poo and gets really worked up. Used infacol for about 2 weeks now before her feed and she gets wind up much easier
