7 month old always whingeing

I have a 7 month old Daughter, and she whinges from the minute she gets up, until the minute she goes to bed.

She has really happy spells too when you are playing by with her etc, but on the whole she just cries and whines over everything.

I can only put her down for 5 minutes at a time (if I'm lucky). She is happy and quiet if I am holding her, but that's about it!

It's hard because I also have a 3 year old. My 3 year old was a brilliant baby who literally never cried.

Are babies just like this sometimes??!

Hi, I'm sorry I don't have any advise but I have exactly the same issue going on. I was looking to see if it was a common theme. My DS in 7.5 months, he last 5 mins of playing then just whines, cries and shouts! even if has recently napped or fed. He also seems to hate weaning, we have tried finger food and purree, he just shouts and cries in the high chair! My DD (who is now 6) was never like this she was an easy baby. It starting to make me feel a bit low now TBH! Has it got any better for you?

Yes some babies are just like this. My DD never cried, until I put her down. Ended up going from a sling to one of those hip seat things so that I didn't ruin my back.

It does get easier, she's a young teen now and never wants t be anywhere near me Hmm
