4 month old screaming at night

My 4 month old LB wakes us up some nights (not every night) crying/ inconsolable but he's still asleep. Almost like he's having a night terror but he's too young to be having those, he is breastfed so once I've calmed him down a little and latched him on he's absolutely fine.
Wondered if anyone else has experienced this or if I should be contacting my health visitor or GP.

My Dd used to wake up in a panic at this age. She grew out of it, but I can’t remember exactly when. Their sleep cycles change at this age, you get all sorts of sleep problems.

@crazychemist thank you. Yes I think he's currently having a regression as naps are proving an issue at the min too
