Hi berry ~ our DS is really not the greatest sleeper but has been improving slowely. Do you know if she is feeling ok - teething? ear aches? stuffy nose?

Is she afraid of the dark? Our son has to have his night light on at night...

We were surprised but he actually would sleep better and fall asleep easier if we put him down earlier. Now he is down for the night at 7:30. He still might get up about twice a night but looks better rested in the morning.

I think for kids their age - they need about 12-14 hours of sleep. But all kids are different and some need less sleep. If she gets about 10-12 (that's including naps if she'll take any) I think she's within the norm...
