12 month old tooth growing the wrong way

my 12 month old has 8 teeth,7 front and one back. The bottom left I thought was missing but I saw today that it is actually growing the other way towards the tongue. He seems to be in a lot of discomfort. Is this normal ?

my 11 month old DS has wonky front lower teeth, they both slant inwards. It does worry me but TBH as he can't have anything done about it at this age (braces for babies?) I'm just hoping it evens out as his mouth gets bigger
