3m old NOISY sleeper

My dd is 14 and a half weeks and for the last week or so has become a super noisy sleeper and is waking me up/keeping me awake!

She goes to sleep easily with a feed at 9pm in her snuz pod, I mess about on my phone til about 10. She wakes (doesn't cry just gets really noisy, or stays asleep and I dream feed) between 1 and 3, falls back asleep then the same between 4 and 6 depending on time of first feed. These are only 10-15 min feeds. She then wakes has bum change and feeds at 7:30 ish then usually sleeps again til 9.

This is fine and I'm very lucky.

However since discovering her thumb she has searched for it loudly, sucked on it super loudly or wriggles about, kicks her legs in the air so much that it either wakes me or stops me falling asleep. She's asleep the whole time!

I'm more tired now than I was in the early weeks (though appreciate that could be the effect of 3months interrupted sleep)

Any ideas bar moving her to her own room? I'm not ready for that yet!

Mine sounded like there was a whole host of woodland animals in the room. He would grunt, wiggle, kick his legs. I made DH sleep on the side of the bed with the cot and wore earplugs. But I still never slept through it.

He got put in his own room at 4 months, I was definitely ready.
