I can remember my little twin nephews making me a delightful imaginary stew for dinner, with poo as the only ingredient.

Small children are pretty proud of their poos. More-or-less the only thing that they can make all by themselves and make a present of for their parents (who are delighted with the present when it is produced in a potty during touilet training.

imaginary poo, I should say

TwigorTreat · 08/10/2007 17:35

When potty training how much praise did you give him for pooing on the potty or toilet??
Maybe he is trying to recapture that affection???

Give him more attention!

OR

He has worms??

He just likes poo?

He knows it get a reaction from you,... and just wants attention??

DabblesInDarknessWithALightOn · 08/10/2007 20:53

Try over emphasising with postitative reinforcement some of his othe behaviours... such as counting or recognising letters??

Make sure you give him 10 hugs a day!

Right, now Cat me I will provide my payapl accoutn and you can send me a £75 consultation fee!

WHat you have to do, it gradually reduce the praise until it become 'normalised'!
