Hi all,
My LO had diarrhoea all of last week, started loose about 12days ago and 2 days later went to green and watery with the associated horrific nappy rash. He's fine in himself and the past few days we've introduced food back in. However, he's still going 7-8 times a day, often small amounts and mostly undigested food, a small amount might be being digested. So basically his weetabix have just come back out he had for breakfast and he's back to having more breastfeeding type poos too. He's still a little loose but much better than he was and I've been assuming everything is travelling faster through his gut and not absorbing but I was wondering what other people's experience was? Obviously need to think food intolerances and egg could be a factor but I've also heard of lactose intolerance after a bug is possible.

I wouldn't worry but he's just managed to hit the 2nd centile after being on the 0.4th after starting weaning and I'm keen for him not to lose weight and keep gaining a bit.

Thanks.
