Hi All,
I'm still fairly new to this site and not sure if i have posted in the right category but i need some advice from all you wise mums out there!
I have 13 month old dts and I can't seem to get them to listen to 'no'!
Dd touches/does things out of complete defiance (cos she knows i'm going to say 'no') and Ds seems to think that me saying no and moving him away is just a big game and laughs at me....
Am i doing something wrong here?!

they are too youung!

Yes, too young... you can start tosay 'No' but don't expect them to listen/understand.

Maybe say 'No!' (if touching oven or something) and move them away so they start to get the message that way?

Hats off to you, must be tres difficult with 2!

Thanks, not too difficult really cos generally they are quite good..
just that like i said, dd will look at me before touching something she's not supposed to and when i say no she just looks away and does it anyway!

She's just testing you, and beginning to learn about what she can get away with... boundaries and all that!
