Hi there.
My 11 mo has over the last couple of weeks suddenly decided she only wants me. She will cry if she sees me leave the room (but if she is distracted she will be fine playing with dad until she notices otherwise) she literally screams if dad tries to feed her, we have fed her when I've been out and she doesnt know I'm back and it still happens. She just refuses to eat for him and its extreme crying. Also cries if he puts her to sleep because I'm not there.
We dont know what to do. She had no problem with these things before. I'm primary carer on mat leave but dad has even been home for work throughout lockdown. We are still not coming into physical contact with anyone so she has seen grandparents but not been held or looked after.
I'm a bit at my wits end for what to do. We have tried letting her cry/ distraction but 20 minutes in shes still going and her dinner is cold (and the neighbours are probably dialing social services!).
Any suggestions? She did these things with him before.
