Struggling with sons behaviour

My son is 2 and half and I have got to a stage where I'm really struggling with disciplining him. If he does something wrong he just laughs and thinks it's funny when I tell him off. He hits me and other family members thinking it is a game. I just wanted some advice and tips to try and see if I can do something different that works as what I am doing doesn't work at all. Thank you in advance Smile

SNAP. Headache right lol. My son is 2 and a half and dose not stop from the moment he wakes up until the time he goes a bed and even then he is still up in his room with his brother fighting. I have a baby daughter who is 11 months and he bite and scratches her. Me and his father tell him to stop and he will just screen like he is being beaten and do it again or run of. I’ve no idea what there is to stop him acting the way he is. Hope you find a solution Smile
