Screaming and arching back in pushchair or highchair and she isn't even 11 months yet?

I thought I had a few months to wait until the arching and screaming tantrums DD 10.5months. A happy and smiley girl but with steely determination. She decided that BLW was the way to go and she refused to let me feed her even at 6 months.

I am really struggling to get her safely in her highchair and pushchair. I can put her in her sling or feed her on my lap but aren't I giving in then?

Sure its a phase but how do I handle it.

my dd was exactly the same. i just made sure she was safely strapped in and ignored her. (most of the time) it was just her temper and although i did give in sometimes and carried her while pushing the pushchair, she is loads better now. she is nearly 2 by the way!
