Hello, im sure others perhaps have this problem, my little boy aged 2years 10 months old, sucks both thumbs, in particular when has afternoon nap / before falling asleep, when driving and while watching the TV, I try constantly to stop him, and he does, then as habit Starts again. The issue now is small skin lumps are on both thumbs, what to do, and what are these lumps? I have a bottle no no bite nails, but I don't think suitable.
