18 month old development - should I be worried?

What could your child do at 18 months?
My little boy is 18mo tomorrow and I’m a bit worried about his development.

Been walking since 13 months
He can run
Says mumma dada nanny
Points (sometimes)
Understands some words
Climbs onto things like furniture and knows how to get himself down
Responds to his name (most of the time)
Using a spoon (nearly got it)

He’s a perfectly happy child I’m just worried mainly because he still doesn’t clap or wave. We clap in-front of him but he just grabs our hands and laughs. I’m starting to think there may be something wrong with him? When we wave at him he just seems like he’s not paying attention? But in every other area he seems to be developing fine.... obviously I know I’ll need to speak to my HV but any advice? Or toys that may help him a little? I try and play with him a lot but during lockdown I’ve felt like I need to be doing really fancy activities with him constantly and taking him out every day so i feel a bit overwhelmed.

@emrg I’m in exactly the same situation with my son, he’s 15 months and your son sounds the same as mine but he doesn’t respond to name and doesn’t understand what we say at all. Did you speak to a HV?
