Trapped wind

Hi, I'm new to this and I really need advice!
I'm a first time mum, and my baby is 8 weeks old.
She's been the perfect baby, so settled, a great sleeper, good at getting up gas and really made being a mum so so sooo easy.
On Saturday she started with horrendous trapped wind, and it's just gotten progressively worse. She's been on infacol since birth, I've tried gripe water, bicycle legs, tummy time and nothing I'm doing is working. It's only during the day, and and night she seems ok... will she get colic? Does it sound like colic?
Does trapped wind come and go and how long does it generally last? I just want my happy baby back, I hate seeing her in pain, and honestly I'm struggling a lot!
Any advice appreciated! Thankyou, Romy Smile

That sounds like colic to me babe! Try a warm bath and drop the infacol, I've found gripe water is the best! My little girl is much more settled now! Hope you get everything sorted soon x

Thankyou so much. I've got her on colief and infacol now after talking to the doctors. She had a bad reaction to gripe water sadly! She seems a little better, so fingers crossed this colief keeps working x
