12 month old, twisting arms behind back?

In the past week or so my DD who is 12 months, has started twisting his arms behind his back. It’s hard to describe so I have taken a photo, it basically looks like he has turned his arms the wrong way round. It’s just so strange so I wanted to check it’s normal as such?

I’m not sure, he does it all the time now. Maybe just a thing.
