Is babies feet/hands yellow?

Should I be worried. His feet & hands look abit yellow. He’s a addict for Hipp Oragnic Jar food & he’s 18m. Did a quick google search and it came up with eating a lot of Carrot, Squash & sweet potatoes this can happen. Baby food do contain a lot of carrots. Tia x

Can't really tell on the photo.. cute little toes though 😍 could you try reducing that food and see how you go?
