Is it bad for babies to develop some skills too early?

Baby is not 3 months yet but can turn from back to tummy, has been practicing for a while, now mastered it and constantly tries to do the trick again and again. Older kids did it at 4.5 months.

Does it mean anything? That baby is going to be an early crawler/walker? Should I be concerned about skills developing too early?

If they are doing it at their own pace and not because you are forcing, what would the issue be? Rolling over at 3 months isn’t particularly unusual?

Development of early skills also isn’t an indicator other other skills - my daughter rolled over late but crawled and walk at an average age x
