my 6.5 month old daughter seems to 'shudder' every now and then, like if you had a chill and seems to shake her head from side to side, happens infrequently but mainly when she is eating and only lasts a few secs and maybe once or twice a day, anyone ever had this??

It happens sometimes when they do a wee it's nothing to worry about if anything it's a useful indicator of when to change their nappy.

my ds did this and sometimes still does at 16mo - for him its when he wee's - seen him do same on potty

my DD1 did this - was referred to paediatrician at UCL (there was another issue too) - was told in the end it was nothing at all to worry about - probably linked to weeing
she is 5 now and doesn't do it anymore
