14 month old no words yet

My 14 month old DS says baba, mama, dada (not in relation to me or DH) and that’s literally it. He’s bright and happy, been walking for ages, very responsive. Is this normal or should I be worried?? Thanks!

I wouldn't worry yet. There's a wide range of normal development. Some babies have several words at this age, but plenty don't. Just carry on with talking to him, singing with him, lots of repetition and encouraging him to join in. Keep screen time to a minimum, particularly avoid having it as background noise.
