3 year old stuttering

My daughter is 3 years old will be 4 in September. Myself and husband have noticed she has started stuttering and it seems to be getting worse especially when she is trying to rush what she saying I try to tell her to slow down and take her time but it doesn't seem to help. Should I be worried or is it just a face..

My daughter went through this really bad a few months back, shes 100mph constantly and it would get so bad she would get frustrated with herself. It went on for a while so I worried but after speaking to the health visitor she said its totally normal and it's probably a phase to just let her stutter and not make an issue out of it. Thankfully now it only happens when shes really worked up
