I have been trying my baby with Aptamil f the first time through Porriage
He’s chin has been going a little red and where the milk has spread onto his face. But goes after feeding

Does anyone know if I should keep giving this to baby for him to get use to or this is a sign of lactose or milk intolerance ?

going to ring the doctors tomorrow

What milk does he have usually to drink? If you are giving porridge and your baby is over 6 months then you can use full fat cows milk to make it rather than formula. If you are breastfeeding then breastmilk is also full of lactose so unlikely to be lactose intolerance

Hi he is usually breast fed but obviously trying to wean as will be going back to work also tried full fat milk same redness happened but worse
Also tried baby cereal with water the same thing happened as there is dried milk in there I think
