Bed wetting help!

My 4 year old has been potty trained since one year ago and has been doing very well with no accidents and just an occasional bed wetting.
A couple of weeks ago he started complaining on pain when he pees and started bed wetting every night and in general seemed like it’s hard for him to hold his wee.
We have taken him to the doctor who said there is a urine infection and prescribed antibiotic. After we finished the course he didn’t complain of the pain anymore and new urine test came out all right.
However till now he keeps wetting the bed every single night and even sometimes has daytime accidents.
Did he loose control of his wee? Forgot how to hold it? I am just really surprised since it has never been a problem for him. He would sleep for 12 hours straight with no problem.
Any advise welcome please 🙏

Anyone please? He keeps waking up soaked in urine every night and he doesn’t even care anymore...

Did you go back to the GP and tell them this?

No, we have taken him to ER that day since we have very limited movement due to the lockdown... And again when we have retaken urine test we have just sent it to the lab.
