Over the past day or two my three week old baby has developed a few red spots on his face. They don’t bother him and they don’t look anything too serious, to me they look like what’s known as ‘baby acne’ or just dirt getting under his pours from possible milk splatters some have already gone but this morning quite a lot of new spots have formed. I just would like some advice/reassurance if possible. We haven’t bathed him in anything other than water and I have started to wipe his face down with cotton wool and water
