Watery poos - how normal is this?

My DS has watery yellow poos and has for ages. They are normal for him now, but sometimes they are worse than others. He has lots of wet nappies and feeds fine, but is this definitely nornal for 4-5 month old? He seems to go immediately after feeding.

How's he fed OP? If he's BF it sounds pretty normal Smile

He's exclusively breastfed. They used to be ever so slightly thicker and more 'seed'y (sorry for the horrible tmi!) Now they are often like pure yellow water.

Yellow water could be normal. Has he got any symptoms of discomfort or mucus in his poo?

Not really. He gets gassy and generally a terrible sleeper. No mucus atm.
