6 weeks - growth spurt?

Hi all

I am a FTM and my little one turned 6 weeks old yesterday 😊
I have noticed over the last few days that he is feeding more frequently. Before this, he was going around 3.5/4 hours between feeds (bliss!) but it's gone back to around every 2.5 hours now.
He is also a little more unsettled when I put him down to sleep during the day (absolutely fine at night), although sleeps brilliantly when he's being held!

Is this typical for a 6 week growth spurt? How long can I expect this to go on for? Will things settle back down and will he begin to go longer between feeds again?

Thanks in advance!

Thanks @Ribenaberriesgowoo82 it's already been going on for around 2/3 days so I'm hoping we're near the end of it although I'm not seeing any signs of that just yet!

We had this at about 5 weeks - it was awful - feeding every 2 hours. Thankfully only lasted a couple of days
