Sitting up alone

Hi all

I have 5 month baby girls who are having mood swings already!

So they can sit supported. When laying down they are constantly lifting their legs and head. I sit them unsupported but they just topple to the side or lean forward and try to sit up. Both situations they cry and their arms and legs start going and they are so frustrated. I've tried when they are leaning forward to get them to lean on there arms but once they are up enough they don't reach the bed anymore and flop!

Any advice on how I can help them? My son just literally sat up so never saw him frustrated as much as the girls are, it's heartbreaking

Thankyou

Just stop it. Don't put them to sit it is really bad just let them get the hang of it and they kearb to sit themselves. Know if a healthy normal child that can't sit? There you go. Leave them work it out themselves. My oldest didn't sit until 11 months and my youngest as almost 9 months.
