At what age did your babies eyes change into their permanent colour? I've read it can take up to 9 months, is this true?

Yes, my daughter had blue eyes like her Daddy until 8 or 9 months. To his utter devestation they then turned a green / brown colour Grin

Oh really? It takes a long time then!

I think it’s up to a year before they set. My little boy’s eyes were blue but they are changing so they have little flecks of amber near the pupils like his father. He’s almost 7 months.

I'm really hoping my DD's eyes stay blue, she so like her dad I want her to have something of mine! Haha
